GUEST SPEAKER: Mariana G. Gigueiro, PHD


Mariana G. Figueiro, PhD, is Light and Health Program Director at the Lighting Research Center (LRC) and Professor of Architecture at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. She conducts research on the effect of light on human health, circadian
photobiology, and lighting for older adults. Figueiro holds a bachelor’s in architectural engineering, a master’s in lighting and a doctorate in multidisciplinary science. She is the author of more than 70 scientific articles in her field of research and is a Fellow of the IESNA.

This event is co-hosted wiht tthe USGBC Tennessee, and is eligable for 1 IES CEU.
